We are preferred providers of ODS/Delta Dental insurance companies. We are in the processes of becoming a MetLife provider. We also accept most other insurance companies. As a courtesy we will gladly bill your insurance company for your services.
In order to keep our fees as low as possible, we ask that payment be made at the time of service. If you have insurance, your estimated patient portion will be due at the time of service. For your convenience we will provide you an estimate for services in advance of your appointment/s, we will go over payment options and answer any questions you may have.
For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

- Visa, MasterCard
5% discount for payment in full on your entire treatment plan!
5% discount for Seniors 65 or older
5% discount for Military (with proof of military status)
We also offer up to 18 Month no interest payment plans through Care Credit. For more information, call our office or go to www.carecredit.com.
